NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY AGENCY RESTRUCTURES- IFALADE ADVICES CORP OFFICERS TO BUILD
LEGACIES.

The Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency has restructured in order to provide professional services to meet the ever evolving security and safety challenges.

While presentation of new working tools to the Corp Superintendents of the 20
Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas at the Agency
Headquarters, the General Manager, Prince Dr Ifalade Oyekan said there is a
need to add new Units and operational structures to the Agency’s operations in
order to meet up with the THEMES Agenda of the Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Oyekan said the security and safety challenges of Nigeria continues to evolve and as a responsive and responsible Agency it is responding to the changing dynamics in order to make Lagos State safer and more secured for the residents.

Ifalade pointed out the need for the officers to key into the dream of the
Governor by building sustainable legacies. He decried the voracious appetite for financial gratification which he said is a destroyer of the ulterior motive of any law enforcement officer.

A number of equipment including document scanners, generating sets, knee and
elbow guides, stunners and protective shields were presented to the
Superintendent Corp officers for the use of their men in the course of their
duties.

Patrol vehicles were also presented to the newly appointed Zonal Coordinators
who are saddled with monitoring the activities of the 57 commands of the Corp across the state.
